Who operates the service

VitaSync Studio is operated by Leo Larobin under the VitaSync Technologies name in the United States. Privacy and data requests may be sent to sallyharrison1921@gmail.com.

Information we process

• Account, organization, role, and authentication information.
• Bot instructions, personality settings, training material, corrections, and memory.
• Connected-channel identifiers and authorization credentials.
• Campaign templates, recipient details, consent records, suppressions, and delivery events.
• Messages and conversation context needed to generate, review, and send replies.
• Operational logs, security events, usage measurements, and error diagnostics.

How information is used

We use information to provide requested messaging and automation features, generate replies, preserve conversation context, prevent unwanted messages, secure the service, troubleshoot errors, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information or use connected Gmail data for advertising.

Google user data

When an operator connects Gmail, VitaSync uses the granted access only to read messages needed to identify replies to authorized outreach, maintain the original Gmail thread, and send messages requested through the product. Details are available on our Gmail Data Use page.

VitaSync Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers and transfers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, database, security, communications, and AI service providers only as needed to operate the requested features. Providers are given access appropriate to their function. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where these providers operate.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account or connected channel remains active and as reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution, compliance, and reliable operation. Operators can disconnect Gmail to revoke access and may request account or data deletion. See Data Deletion.

Security

We use access controls, encryption for stored channel credentials, transport encryption, tenant-scoped authorization, audit records, and operational monitoring. No system is completely secure, and users should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. Campaign recipients may opt out using the unsubscribe mechanism or by replying STOP. Requests can be sent to the privacy email above.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or appropriate contact channel.
