Service operator and acceptance

VitaSync Studio is operated by Leo Larobin under the VitaSync Technologies name in the United States. By accessing the service, you agree to these terms and represent that you are authorized to act for the applicable account or organization.

Authorized use

You may use VitaSync Studio to configure and supervise assistants and to communicate through accounts and channels you are authorized to control. You are responsible for your users, imported contacts, message content, campaign purpose, consent records, and compliance with applicable laws and provider policies.

Prohibited activity

• Spam, deceptive messaging, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or unlawful content.
• Scraped or purchased lists without a lawful and legitimate communication basis.
• Attempting to bypass opt-outs, suppressions, provider limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Connecting an account, number, mailbox, or dataset without authorization.
• Using the service to violate Google, Gmail, Twilio, WhatsApp, LINE, carrier, or other provider policies.

Connected services

Third-party channels remain governed by their own terms and availability. You grant VitaSync permission to access connected services only to perform the actions you configure. You may disconnect supported channels at any time.

AI-generated output and supervision

AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for configuring review settings and supervising important communications. The service must not be relied on as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional judgment.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or provider compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or delivery by third-party networks.

Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, or provider-policy violations. Users may stop using the service and request data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. VitaSync Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or third-party delivery networks.
