Data Deletion and Access Revocation

Disconnect Gmail in VitaSync Studio

1. Sign in to the VitaSync Studio operator console.
2. Open the relevant bot and select its Gmail channel.
3. Select Disconnect or Delete and confirm the action.

This removes the locally stored Gmail authorization credential and requests revocation of the Google grant where supported. It stops new Gmail access but does not automatically delete historical campaign or conversation records.

Revoke access directly with Google

Open Google Account third-party connections, select VitaSync Studio, and remove access. Revoking access prevents future Gmail API requests using that authorization.

Request deletion

Email sallyharrison1921@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “VitaSync data deletion request” and identify the workspace, connected email address, and categories of data you want deleted. Do not include passwords or OAuth secrets.

We will verify the requester's authority, acknowledge the request, and complete eligible deletion within 30 days. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of suppression and opt-out obligations.

Campaign recipients

Recipients may unsubscribe using the link in a campaign email or reply STOP. Suppression records may be retained so that an address is not accidentally reimported and contacted again.
