VitaSync Studio
Gmail Data Use
A focused explanation of the Gmail permissions VitaSync Studio requests and how connected-mailbox information is handled.
Effective date: July 23, 2026
Permissions requested
- Gmail read-only: identify replies from campaign recipients, read the message needed for conversational context, and preserve the correct thread.
- Gmail send: send operator-configured campaign greetings and approved or authorized replies from the connected mailbox.
Restricted processing
The service limits inbound processing to messages whose sender and Gmail thread match a recipient previously contacted through the applicable campaign. Connecting Gmail does not authorize VitaSync to send unrelated messages or broadly use the mailbox for another purpose.
Storage and sharing
Authorization tokens are stored in encrypted form. Message content and relevant conversation metadata may be stored or transmitted through the service and its contracted infrastructure or AI processors to provide the requested reply, review, memory, security, and audit features. Gmail data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to build general advertising profiles.
Human access
Authorized workspace operators may review conversations and AI drafts. Service personnel access user data only when needed for security, support, legal compliance, or with the user's permission, subject to appropriate controls.
Disconnect and deletion
Operators can disconnect a Gmail channel from VitaSync Studio. Disconnecting revokes Google authorization where supported and removes the locally stored credential. Users may separately revoke access from their Google Account connections. See Data Deletion for deletion requests.
Google Limited Use compliance
VitaSync Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
